VoiceBillr drafts invoices from information you provide, including voice recordings. You must review invoices before sending them and are responsible for correcting line items, prices, tax settings, customer contact details, due dates, and payment instructions.
VoiceBillr is not a tax, legal, accounting, or financial advisor. Reports, tax amounts, and payment summaries are provided for convenience and recordkeeping only. Consult a qualified professional before relying on them for filings or financial decisions.
If you connect Stripe or Square, payment processing is handled by that provider under its own terms. You are responsible for your payment processor account, fees, refunds, disputes, chargebacks, and compliance with laws that apply to your business.
VoiceBillr may send transactional text messages to customers who have given consent to receive service-related SMS messages. These messages may include invoice links, estimate links, payment reminders, payment confirmations, receipts, and service-related scheduling updates.
Message frequency varies based on service activity. Message and data rates may apply. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
You can cancel SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to the phone number that sent the message. After you send STOP, you will receive a confirmation message and will no longer receive SMS messages from VoiceBillr unless you opt in again.
