VoiceBillr is a voice-to-invoice tool for field service professionals. This policy explains the information VoiceBillr uses to create, send, and track invoices.
The VoiceBillr mobile app stores the information you provide or approve, including account details, business profile details, customer names, customer phone numbers or email addresses, job details, invoice line items, tax settings, payment status, and payment method references.
VoiceBillr may process voice recordings so job notes can be turned into invoice drafts. If you upload logos, job photos, or proof photos, those files are stored so they can appear on invoices or in your account.
VoiceBillr uses service providers such as cloud hosting, authentication, email/SMS/push notification services, AI transcription/parsing services, and payment providers such as Stripe or Square when you connect them. Payment processors may keep their own records under their own policies.
VoiceBillr does not sell your personal information. We use your data to provide the app, secure accounts, create and deliver invoices, track invoice status, process payments you enable, send reminders or receipts, troubleshoot support issues, and comply with legal obligations.
Mobile information and text messaging opt-in data will not be shared with any third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All other categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will remain confidential and will only be used to provide the requested service, including delivering invoices, estimates, payment links, payment reminders, receipts, and service-related scheduling updates.
You can delete your account from Settings in the mobile app. Account deletion removes VoiceBillr account data, invoices, customer records, jobs, stored recordings, logos, and uploaded proof photos where technically possible. Stripe, Square, customers, email providers, or SMS providers may retain their own transaction or message records.
